How Smart Pilote collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR.

Data collected

  • Contact form: name, email, organisation, telephone and message, in order to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures).
  • Applications: identity, contact details, CV and message, in order to review your application (legal basis: pre-contractual measures).
  • Audience measurement: only after your consent, through the dedicated banner.

Retention periods

Contact messages are kept for three years from the last exchange. Unsuccessful applications are kept for two years unless you object.

Cookies

The website does not set any audience measurement cookie without your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@smartpilote.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Benin data protection authority (APDP).
